is a Los Angeles-based, Brazilian-American musician, ethnomusicologist, vintage tool restorer, and self-taught woodworker. Beto is also a Lecturer in the Department of Music at California State University, Northridge.

Inspired by the brutalist landscape of São Paulo, his childhood hometown, Beto creates designs with clean, elegant simplicity coupled with the ruggedness of the industrial age. His concepts are influenced by Mid-Century Modern, Japanese and Brazilian furniture design.
