  • Absolutely! Custom work is the creative engine of my shop. I would be happy to discuss your custom project idea. We build all types of furniture, not just daybeds!

  • Yes! All of the pieces offered are made from 100% solid hardwoods, predominantly North American species. We can build any of our pieces with your wood of choice. Please inquire for pricing and availability.

  • Yes! Shipping is included in all our items.

    We use independent shippers that provide blanket-wrap service, which does not use wasteful packing and crating. The driver (if solo) may require help at delivery location to unload. If the delivery location is remote, far away from major highway routes, has difficult access or stairs, additional charges may apply. It may take several weeks for the driver to reach your destination. Please discuss your location and access with us if you believe it may pose a challenge for delivery, or if you require ‘white glove’ service.

    We only ship within the continental U.S., not HI or AK. Shipping abroad requires excessive packaging/crating waste and fuel, and many countries have strict import rules on wood products. We believe that artisans should make furniture in their respective countries and avoid international shipping!

  • While we do not have an in-house upholsterer, we do work with a local upholstery shop to provide cushions that work with all of our daybeds. We can also provide you with the info you need to work with a local upholsterer of your choice. Please contact us to discuss options.

  • Every piece that leaves my shop is made to order. Custom work cannot be returned or exchanged. Once your piece is underway, costly materials have been cut and labor has been spent for your order. That said, I understand that life happens, and I'm always willing to have a conversation if something comes up and will work with you to find a solution.

    Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on where your order is in the build process. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible — the earlier you contact me, the more options we'll have. Any deposit paid may be partially or fully retained to cover materials and work already completed.

    For standard items from our catalog, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and items must be returned in original condition. Once I've inspected the piece, I'll work with you on a fair resolution — whether that's a refund, store credit, or something else.

    If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the item and contact me immediately. I'll do everything I can to make it right.
